In a statement released Thursday on his official Facebook page, Chad Robichaux said doctors discovered serious kidney problems after he failed to make weight for a flyweight title bout with Will Campuzano at Legacy Fighting Championship 12.
Robichaux bowed out of the headliner late Thursday after the fight was set as a non-title affair. AXS TV, which broadcasts tonight’s event, confirmed his withdrawal.
Now headlining the event is a welterweight clash pitting veteran Jay Hieron against Romario Da Silva.
