TORONTO – Vinny Magalhaes rounded out his skill set to get back in the UFC, but “The Ultimate Fighter 8” runner-up ultimately relied on his bread and butter.
In the Brazilian’s first UFC fight in more than three years, the jiu-jitsu ace used a second-round armbar to tap out Igor Pokrajac.
The light-heavyweight bout closed out the preliminary card of Saturday’s UFC 152 event at Air Canada Centre in Toronto. It aired on FX following additional prelims on Facebook and prior to the pay-per-view main card.
