RIO DE JANEIRO – Brazilian middleweight Daniel Sarafian, who qualified as a finalist on the debut season of “The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil” but was forced to withdraw due to injury, has resumed his training in earnest.

MMAjunkie.com today confirmed with Sarafian’s manager, Eduardo Alonso, that the 30-year-old has been cleared by physicians and is looking to return to action as quickly as possible.

“He’s been released by the doctor to train hard,” Alonso said.
