“Training Day: Inside Tristar Gym Live” takes viewers inside a live training day for UFC welterweight champion and UFC 154 headliner Georges St-Pierre.

UFC commentator Kenny Florian and Tristar coach Firas Zahabi host the one-hour special, which airs at 12:30 p.m. ET (9:30 a.m. PT).
