It’s all about UFC 109 this week on RawVegas.tv.

In the above vid, UFC Welterweight Matt Serra (-135) talks about his upcoming fight with Frank Trigg (+105). While the two have cranked up the trash talking volume to “11,” Serra admits that Trigg’s “angry foot stomping midget” insult is his favorite so far.

Watch Mark Coleman To Fight Titi on 60th Birthday? on RawVegas.tv

In our latest MMA Fix, we catch up with UFC Light Heavyweight Mark Coleman in his final week before he meets with Randy Couture at UFC 109.

While Coleman shows much respect for Randy, he doesn’t quite have the same feelings for Tito Ortiz, whom he affectionately refers to as a “douchebag.”

Earlier this week we caught up with Jay Hieron to discuss his Strikeforce bout against Joe Riggs.

Today, FOFIX (friend of Fix) Steve Cofield spoke with Riggs. Cofield does a good job of pointing out that Riggs is no slouch of an sub-opponent for Hieron (who, by the way, is listed as a heavy -275 favorite).

So Riggs, it seems, is more than ready to play the role of spoiler.

Watch Road to 110 Episode 2: Forrest Griffin Advising Goran Reljic on RawVegas.tv

RawVegas.tv has posted the second webisode of their Road to 110 with Goran Reljic.

In this one, Reljic takes advice from UFC Light Heavyweight Forrest Griffin as he preps for his bout against C.B. Dollaway by working with Xtreme Couture coach Ron Frasier and Gil Martinez of Las Vegas Elite Boxing Gym. Pretty good stuff with Reljic and Griffin around 2:10 in.

In our latest MMA Fix, we caught up with Jay Hieron, who is getting back in the ring for the first time in six months this weekend with Strikeforce.

Originally, Hieron was going to fight Nick Diaz. But the out-spoken Diaz left Strikeforce, leaving Hieron to fight Joe Riggs. When we asked Hieron for his thoughts on Diaz, he said: “No thoughts I don’t even care about him.”

Ok then. Moving on…

At the TUF 11 media day, Tito Ortiz dropped a pretty big bomb saying that Chuck Liddell was an alcoholic and that Dana White saved him with an intervention.

In the above vid (audio starts off badly, but the part about Chuck around 1:20 in is crystal clear), Ortiz says that Chuck was partying too much, but that Dana stepped in, that The Iceman has been sober since November, and that Ortiz is “proud of him.”

Who knows how much if that is true, but it would be very ballsy and careless for Ortiz to throw it out there if not. As Seinfeld would say, “that’s a pretty big matzo ball hanging out there” if not.
