ONE on Prime Video 5 is set for Manila this Friday night (US time). It will be headlined by a light heavyweight title fight with interim heavyweight champion Anatoly Malykhin moving down in weight to take on Reinier de Ridder.

Both men are undefeated. De Ridder is the reigning middleweight and light heavyweight champion meaning that one of these two men will have two titles at the end of the night.

The atomweight Muay Thai unification fight has been scrapped. Janet Todd tested positive for COVID-19 on Wednesday meaning that Allycia Rodriguez will have to wait a little longer to make the first defence of her belt.

Denice Zamboanga vs. Lin Heqin (Atomweight)

Denice Zamboanga (8-2) is coming off back to back losses at the hands of Seo Hee Ham. She has been handed a much more winnable looking fight here and will be looking to get this one to the ground.

Lin Heqin (15-4-1) comes from a sanda background although she does have submission wins on her record. The Chinese fighter is significantly taller and will want to keep the bout standing and throw jabs and low kicks.

Muay Thai: Amber Kitchen vs. Jackie Buntan (Strawweight)

Jackie Buntan burst onto the ONE Championship scene with three decision wins. She broke Wondergirl Fairtex’s jaw in one of those fights and has some heavy hands.

Amber Kitchen beat Buntan in an amateur fight in 2017. She is coming off back to back decision losses and doesn’t seem to possess as much power as her opponent.

Dae Sung Park vs. Lowen Tynanes (Lightweight)

Dae Sung Park (11-3) is very aggressive although he lacks that one punch knockout power and tends to go the distance. The Korean southpaw likes to walk opponents down which could leave him open to takedowns.

Lowen Tynanes (10-1) is a wrestler whose career has been badly interrupted by illness and injury. He might use an overhand right to set them up but the Hawaiian will be looking for takedowns here.

Eduard Folayang vs. Edson Marquez (Lightweight)

Eduard Folayang (22-12) is on a three year, four fight losing streak but did manage to beat John Wayne Parr in a Muay Thai bout earlier this year. The 38 year old’s style is not going to change at this stage of his career, expect him to be very light on his feet and to attack with kicks and overhand rights.

Edson Marquez (10-2) came into ONE Championship as an undefeated prospect but looked well out of his depth was knocked out on his first two outings. A decision win over an inexperienced Korean last time out isn’t exactly the stuff that career turnarounds are made of.

Roberto Soldic vs. Murad Ramazanov (Welterweight)

Roberto Soldic (20-3) was a marquee signing and will be expected to make an immediate impact. The Croatian southpaw also had a successful boxing career and has knockout power in both hands as well as a dangerous left high kick.

Murad Ramazanov (11-0) hails from Dagestan so you know he can wrestle. He wants to take opponents down and is confident enough to stay in the pocket and evade strikes without throwing much back in order to do it.

Submission Grappling: Kade Ruotolo (c) vs. Matheus Gabriel (For lightweight title)

Kade Ruotolo has opened people’s eyes to just what elite level jiu jitsu practitioners are capable of when they don’t have to worry about diversifying their skillsets to compete in MMA. He will not hesitate to dive for a leg lock or jump guard to look for an armbar or choke.

Matheus Gabriel is a two-time IBJJF World Champion and a two-time IBJJF Pan American Champion. He is riding a seven match winning streak with four of those victories coming inside the distance

Reinier de Ridder (c) vs. Anatoly Malykhin (For light heavyweight title)

Reinier de Ridder (16-0) will have a significant reach advantage as always. The jiu jitsu black belt will look to take Malykhin down and wrap him up in one of his signature chokes.

Anatoly Malykhin (11-0) comes from a wrestling background but has showcased some high level boxing during his ONE Championship career. He will feel he is good enough to get on the inside and do damage to the lanky Dutchman if he can use his wrestling to keep the fight standing, which must surely be the gameplan.

The entire ONE on Prime Video 5 fight card will be available to view free in North America on Amazon Prime for subscribers, and in other territories using the newly launched app which you can download here.

ONE on Prime Video 4 is set for the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Saturday morning (local time). It will be broadcast live on Friday night (US time) in North America by Amazon Prime and is headlined by a welterweight title bout between Christian Lee and Kiamrian Abbasov.

Muay Thai: Liam Nolan vs. Eddie Abasolo (Lightweight)

For Liam Nolan this is a must win fight if he wants to get his career back on track, after his crunching KO loss to Sinsamut Klinmee. He is a southpaw who can use punches and head kicks from range and will step in with elbows and knees.

Eddie Abasolo has beaten some credible opposition and comes with a somewhat unorthodox, switch hitting style. He holds his hands very low, which Nolan will doubtless have noticed.

Submission Grappling: Danielle Kelly vs. Maria Molchanova (Atomweight)

Danielle Kelly picked up a $50,000 USD bonus despite being unable to finish Mei Yamaguchi in her ONE Championship debut. She is very dangerous with leg locks and will be hungry to get the submission here.

Maria Molchanova is a two time world champion in sambo. Difficult to know he good her submission game is but the ruleset should suit the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) black belt better.

Muay Thai: Jonathan Haggerty vs. Vladimir Kuzmin (Bantamweight)

Jonathan Haggerty make his debut in the bantamweight division, after weight issues saw him have to withdraw from his last two fights. The former flyweight champion believes he will be hitting much harder and will be looking to make a statement.

Vladimir Kuzmin had a very strong ONE Championship debut back in February where he picked apart Chris Shaw with solid punches and elbows, but then dropped a debatable decision to Muangthai PKSaenchaigymin July. Both fighters like to open up with punches and elbows so this could be fun.

Ruslan Emilbek vs. Isi Fitikefu (Welterweight)

Ruslan Emilbek (19-3) has been knocked out in the opening round in two of his four ONE Championship fights. He uses his striking purely to close the distance and set up takedowns and is clearly vulnerable for as long as the fight remains standing.

Isi Fitikefu (7-0) brings an undefeated record into his ONE Championship debut and his resume looks pretty solid. The Australian describes himself as a boxer/wrestler and appears to be more well rounded than his opponent.

Kevin Belingon vs. Kim Jae Woong (Bantamweight)

Kevin Belingon (20-9) is one of the smallest fighters in the bantamweight division but makes up in speed what he lacks in stature. Recent results have not gone the Filipinos way but he won’t change his style so expect him to be light on his feet and throw lots of spinning strikes and overhand rights.

Kim Jae Woong (12-6) is dropping down to bantamweight and will enjoy a significant advantage in terms of reach and height. His fights almost never go the distance and he should have an advantage in terms of power here, expect him to try and use it.

Muay Thai: Cosmo Alexandre vs. Juan Cervantes

Juan Cervantes dropped a majority decision to Santino Veerbek in his ONE Championship debut in 2019. Cervantes was dropped early on in the fight, but show his customary grit and determination to finish strong.

Cosmo Akexandre is the more seasoned and experienced of the two but hasn’t fought since May 2019. Both fighters are in the twilight stages of their careers and have shown vulnerability in their recent fights, but both also posses explosive power in what should make for an exciting clash, with a strong likelihood of an early finish.

Stephen Loman vs. Bibiano Fernandes (Bantamweight)

Stephen Loman (16-2) has looked unstoppable since signing for ONE Championship. The Filipino is a southpaw who has the typical Team Lakay style but likes to sit down on his punches and can generate more power than some of his teammates.

Bibiano Fernandes (24-5) is a BJJ black belt and one of the most experienced fighters in the division. But the 42 year old missed all of 2020 and 2021 and was stopped by John Lineker earlier this year so there are questions over his longevity.

Muay Thai: Rodtang Jitmuangnon (c) vs. Joseph Lasiri (For flyweight title)

Rodtang Jitmuangnon likes to walk opponents down and fire off punches and elbows. He is happy to take a punch to give a punch which makes him one of the most entertaining fighters on the roster.

Joseph Lasiri has had a huge height advantage over his opponents in the strawweight division. He will be the bigger man again here but might find Rodtang hits a bit harder than any of his recent opponents.

Kiamrian Abbasov (c) vs. Christian Lee (For welterweight title)

Kiamrian Abbasov (23-5) was submitted by Reinier de Ridder last time out. The champion is a wrestler who likes to put opponents on their back but striking is not his specialty.

Christian Lee (16-4) can knock people out and he can take them down. The Hawaiian will probably look to keep this standing and to make it a striking battle, his takedown defense will need to be on point.

ONE on Prime Video 3 takes place on Friday night (US time) in Kuala Lumpur. The card is headlined by an all Brazilian bantamweight title fight between seasoned veteran John Lineker and rising contender Fabricio Andrade.

There will also be a submission grappling belt on the line although the final of the flyweight Muay Thai Grand Prix has been postponed after Superlek Kiatmoo9 suffered an injury in training.

Lea Bivins vs. Noelle Grandjean (Atomweight)

Lea Bivins is making her pro debut but has a lot of amateur experience. The 20 year old remains an unknown quantity with no fight footage out there.

Noelle Grandjean (3-0) has a black belt in judo and Muay Thai experience. She likes to plant her feet and throw heavy kicks and punches. If opponents close the distance she will look for trips and tosses.

Muay Thai: Amir Naseri vs. Taiki Naito (Flyweight)

Amir Naseri dropped a decision to Michael Savvas in his quarterfinal of the flyweight Muay Thai Grand Prix and then saw an alternate bout with Jonathan Haggerty fall through. He gets another chance to show he belongs in ONE Championship if he can beat his tricky Japanese opponent.

Taiki Naito lost to one of the firm favorites for the flyweight tournament in Superlek Kiatmoo9, but brings a lot more experience under the ONE Championship banner with four wins in six fights. He beat Michael Savvas by decision and scored a couple of knockdowns on route to the victory.

Muay Thai: Asa Ten Pow vs. Mehdi Zatout (Bantamweight)

Asa Ten Pow makes his ONE Championship debut. He has a 6-1 kickboxing record with Glory and experience in Muay Thai and MMA experience and is very comfortable fighting off the back foot.

Mehdi Zatout is highly experienced and pushed Capitan Petchyindeeacademy all the way in their bantamweight kickboxing title fight. He has a very wide stance and used small movements to come in and out and make opponents miss.

Jeremy Miado vs. Danial Williams (Strawweight)

Jeremy Miado (11-4) has five ONE Championship wins and they have all come in the opening two rounds. He is one of the tallest strawweights on the roster and uses his reach to throw looping hooks and his height to land flying knees.

Danial Williams (6-1) has much more experience in terms of pure striking, coming from a Muay Thai background. He earned $50,000 USD for his last performance and will be looking for another impressive finish here.

Jae Woong Kim vs. Shamil Gasanov (Featherweight)

Jae Woong Kim (12-5) has devastating power in his right hand as Martin Nguyen discovered to his cost. He has been stopped with strikes in both his ONE Championship losses and is an entertaining and explosive fighter.

Shamil Gasanov (12-0) looks comfortable striking and training at Tiger Muay Thai won’t have done any harm in that respect. But he always wants to get fights down and that will be the Russian’s gameplan here.

ONE on Prime Video 2 is set for the Singapore Indoor Stadium this Friday night (US time). It will be headlined by the trilogy fight between Xiong Jing Nan and Angela Lee.

The previous two meetings between the talented Strawweights were both finished in the fifth round, so it’s safe to bet that this one could produce more late drama. The card, which takes place on Saturday morning local time, also features a title bout in submission grappling although featherweight champion Superbon Banchamek has withdrawn due to illness.

For part one of our preview click here.

Martin Nguyen vs. Ilya Freymanov (Featherweight)

The greatest weapon in the arsenal of Martin Nguyen (14-5) has arguably become his biggest weakness. Opponents know the overhand right is coming and have been able to time it and counter the former two division champion in recent fights.

Promotional newcomer Ilya Freymanov (10-2) comes from a kickboxing background and the majority of his wins have come by way of KO or TKO. The Russian will want to turn this into a striking contest but Nguyen has hinted he might use his wrestling.

Stamp Fairtex vs. Jihin Radzuan (Atomweight)

Stamp Fairtex (8-2) comes from a Muay Thai background but finished Ritu Phogat with an armbar recently. She is no novice on the ground and recently earned a BJJ purple belt but her biggest threat comes from body kicks.

Jihin Radzuan (8-2) has had her purple belt for at least two years, probably longer. She outgrappled submission specialist Ituski Hirata on the ground last time out and will feel she has the upper hand in that department.

Submission grappling: Mikey Musumeci vs. Cleber Sousa (For flyweight title)

Mikey Musumeci competes like a man with a point to prove and always wants to finish fights by submission. He has won the world championships five times as a black belt and will be looking to prove he is the best in the division in his sport.

Cleber Sousa beat Musumeci by decision the first time they fought with the American winning the rematch in the same manner. He has been extremely active and this will be his 15th bout of the year.

Kickboxing: Marat Grigorian vs. Tayfun Ozcan (For featherweight title)

Marat Grigorian likes to close the distance and throw body shots and low kicks from close range, so opponents know they need to disrupt his rhythm and stop him constantly moving forward if they want to win. He had originally been scheduled to face Jamal Yusupov.

Tayfun Ozcan is constantly moving and looking to land low kicks from different angles. He knocked down Enriko Kehl with a flying knee last time out.

Xiong Jing Nan (c) vs. Angela Lee (For strawweight title)

Xiong Jing Nan (17-2) comes from a boxing background and finished Lee with a body shot in the first fight. She has been the distance in her last three title defences and has been criticized for lacking that killer instinct.

Lee (11-2) was also hurt by a body shot last time out, against Stamp. She is unlikely to win a striking match against the Chinese champion but one takedown could be all it takes for the BJJ black belt to find a submission, something she succeeded in doing last time these two fought.

The card, which takes place on Saturday morning local time, also features title bouts in submission grappling and kickboxing:

Kickboxing: Rade Opacic vs. Giannis Stofaridis (Heavyweight)

Rade Opacic looked absolutely unstoppable until he ran into Guto Inocente. The 6’6 Croatian loves to throw left hooks to the midsection and does have a tendency to finish fights fast, which is always pleasing to the fans.

Giannis Stofaridis, meanwhile, is a southpaw who loves to throw the inside left kick against orthodox opponents. He also has a dangerous left hook but will be the shorter man in this contest which could prove troublesome.

Muay Thai: Anissa Meksen vs. Daokongfah Banchamek (Atomweight)

Anissa Meksen keeps asking for a title shot but those calls are falling on deaf ears. The French fighter’s main asset is her speed, she’s very light on her feet and likes to pressure opponents but has more experience in kickboxing than she does in Muay Thai.

Daokongfah Banchamek likes to walk forward and tie opponents up in the clinch, but definitely won’t be winning a striking contest against Meksen. She is significantly slower than the French fighter and her only chance of winning is to clinch constantly for three rounds, which the referee probably won’t allow her to do.

Ryogo Takahashi vs. Oh Ho Taek (Featherweight)

Ryogo Takahashi (14-6) was extremely unfortunate to drop a split decision to Amir Khan last time out. He did some serious damage to the Singaporean’s left leg with low kicks and could employ a similar strategy here in order to get the victory.

The available footage of promotional newcomer Oh Ho Taek (8-2-1) is limited. His wins seem to mainly come by way of submission or ground and pound, which probably gives a good indication of what the Korean’s strategy will be.

Kickboxing: Marat Grigorian vs. Jamal Yusupov (Featherweight)

Since 2015 the only fighters to have beaten Marat Grigorian are Superbon Banchamek and Sithichai Sitsongpeenong. He likes to close the distance and throw body shots and low kicks from close range, so opponents know they need to disrupt his rhythm and stop him constantly moving forward if they want to win.

Jamal Yusupov made his name with a first-round stoppage win over Yodsanklai Fairtex. He’s won three out of three under the ONE Championship banner and is a southpaw who likes to walk forward and stand in the pocket and trade.

Timofey Nastyukhin vs. Halil Amir (Lightweight)

Timofey Nastyukhin (14-6) will be remembered for knocking out Eduard Folayang and Eddie Alvarez, but he has been stopped in his last two fights, although the most recent of those was a technical knockout (TKO) loss to Saygid Arslanaliev in one of the best fights of 2021.
