For love or money, Sin City always takes the latter when it comes to the fight game.

MMAjunkie.com has learned that training
partners Evan Dunham (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) and Tyson Griffin (14-2 MMA,
7-2 UFC) have agreed to meet at UFC 115 in Vancouver, British Columbia,
Canada, according to multiple sources close to the situation.

Bout agreements have yet to be signed, but both parties have agreed to the fight and are expected to finalize a deal soon.

Recent lightweight title challenger Diego Sanchez made waves in January when he teased a potential return to the
welterweight division, and now it appears he’ll make good on that
promise.

Sanchez today posted on his Twitter account that he will face 170-pound Brit John
Hathaway at the as-yet-unannounced UFC 114 event.

Although not yet officially announced by the organization, UFC 114 is
expected to take place on May 29 at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las
Vegas in conjunction with the UFC’s second-ever fan expo. “The Ultimate
Fighter 10” coaches Rashad Evans and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson are
expected to face off in the evening’s main event.

A former five-time UFC champion, the leader of the well-respected
Miletich Fighting Systems gym and a current broadcaster for Strikeforce,
MMA pioneer Pat Miletich has little left to prove in the world of MMA.

That doesn’t mean he’s done trying.

Miletich recently told FiveOuncesOfPain.com that he’s interested in a
fight with fellow MMA legend Frank Shamrock. Today, he told
MMAjunkie.com Radio that Shamrock has been
hesitant to commit and that he’ll be happy to take another opponent if
needed.

A heavyweight matchup between top prospect Todd Duffee and near-12-year veteran Mike Russow is in the
works for UFC 114.

The bout was first reported The Times of Northwest Indiana’s Caged In
MMA site, and MMAjunkie.com has since confirmed
that both fighters have verbally agreed to the matchup, and bout
agreements are expected to be signed shortly.

Although not yet officially announced by the organization, UFC 114 is
expected to take place on May 29 at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las
Vegas in conjunction with the UFC’s second-ever fan expo.

With the 2010 update for THQ’s “UFC Undisputed” series coming in
May, the franchise’s original edition is now available for the Xbox 360
and PlayStation3 for just $29.99.

THQ officials today announced the new price, as well as the designation
of “UFC 2009 Undisputed” as a “Platinum Hits” title for the Xbox 360 and
a part of the “Greatest Hits” collection for the PlayStation3.

Today’s official release placed worldwide sales of “UFC 2009 Undisputed” at 3.5 million units.

“The Ultimate Fighter 9” winner James Wilks (6-3 MMA, 1-1 UFC) and
German welterweight Peter Sobotta (8-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) have verbally agreed
to meet at the as-yet-unannounced UFC 115 event, which is expected to
take place June 12 at GM Place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The contest was first reported by German mixed martial arts Web site GroundandPound.de on Monday.

While UFC 115 has yet to receive any official bouts, a third bout
between current “The Ultimate Fighter 11” coaches Chuck Liddell and
Tito Ortiz is expected for the headlining slot.
