As a reminder, FUEL TV on Saturday premieres a new special going in-depth at a UFC event.

“UFC Unrestricted” airs today and will give viewers a behind-the-scenes look at “UFC 148: Silva vs. Sonnen II,” which took place this past July.

The hour-long program airs at 1 p.m. ET on FUEL TV, immediately following the post-fight show for “UFC on FUEL TV: Franklin vs. Le,” which takes place in Macau.

As a reminder, submissions for the upcoming edition of “The Sunday Junkie” are due by Sunday at 10 a.m. ET.

All topics – including Strikeforce’s final event, Ronda Rousey to the UFC and UFC on FUEL TV 6 – are open for discussion. The person who sends in the submission we deem the best (based on timeliness of subject, clarity and overall persuasiveness) is the winner.

The ex-featherweight champ returned to the cage for the first time since a pair of knockout losses and smothered Evinger for a shutout on the judges’ scorecards.

The bout headlined Bellator 80, which saw Alexander Volkov and Rad Martinez advance to the finals of the Season 7 heavyweight and featherweight tournaments, respectively.

The UFC returns to Montreal next week for the first time in nearly two years.

“UFC 154: St-Pierre vs. Condit” takes place Nov. 17 at Bell Centre and features a main event welterweight title unification fight between champion Georges St-Pierre and interim champ Carlos Condit.

Prior to the Saturday event, fans 18 and over are invited to several pre-fight events in the Quebec city.

Following a three-month investigation, the Charleston (S.C.) County Coroner’s office has ruled the cause of MMA fighter Tyrone Mims’ death as undetermined.

A complete forensic autopsy, toxicology testing and even genetic testing could not explain why Mims collapsed following a fight and later died, Coroner Rae Wooten told MMAjunkie.com.

“At this point in time, we have exhausted all that we know to do,” Wooten said.

Strikeforce’s next show – also reportedly its final card – is official for Jan. 12, and tickets for the event go on sale next week.

“Strikeforce: Melendez vs. Healy,” as first reported on Thursday by MMAjunkie.com, takes place at Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City.

The main card features three title fights, plus Strikeforce heavyweight tournament winner Daniel Cormier.
