MMAjunkie.com first reported earlier this week that an injury has forced Martin Kampmann out of a UFC 111 bout with Ben Saunders and that he has been replaced by Jake Ellenberger.
To assure no one doubt’s the sincerity of Kampmann’s injury, the welterweight fighter recently posted a picture of a nasty facial cut that required stitches.
Although unable to compete at the March 27 UFC 111 event in New Jersey,
Kampmann hopes to return before the summer. (WARNING: The full photo, available after the jump, isn’t for the squeamish.)

Shamrock, who told MMAjunkie.com Radio he became “unglued” when he saw his likeness on a World Wrestling Federation figurine, said he’s even more excited about the highly anticipated videogame.
