Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is bringing its UFC on FOX 30 mixed martial arts (MMA) event to the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, on July 28, 2018, though a main event has yet to be finalized.
It will have to be better than Jose Aldo vs. Jeremy Stephens.
“Junior” and “Lil’ Heathen” have been tapped to throw hands in the featherweight co-headliner, one of eight new fight card announcements on Friday as the promotion rounds out its summer schedule.
Aldo (26-4) needs to get something going — fast — if he plans to remain in the 145-pound title hunt. The Brazilian is coming off back-to-back knockout losses to Max Holloway. Stephens (28-14), meanwhile, has never looked better, winning three in a row and putting Josh Emmett out to pasture last February.
Here’s the current UFC on FOX 30 line up.

125 lbs.: Katlyn Chookagian vs. Alexis Davis
