“Justin is the most entertaining fighter to watch in whole UFC. Hope he’s getting paid soon.”
Eddie Alvarez may have KO’d Justin Gaethje at UFC 218 to crown himself ‘the world’s most violent man’, but ‘The Highlight’ is undoubtedly the most entertaining fighter to watch at the moment.
That was Alvarez’ evaluation of Gaethje’s knockout win over Donald Cerrone last night at Rogers Place in Vancouver, Canada, where the former WSOF lightweight champion stopped ‘Cowboy’ with strikes in the first round of the UFC Fight Night 158 main event.
Alvarez, who now competes under the ONE Championship banner, took to Twitter to congratulate Gaethje.
Say what you want Justin is the most entertaining fighter to watch in whole UFC . Hope he’s getting paid soon

“Say what you want Justin is the most entertaining fighter to watch in whole UFC. Hope he’s getting paid soon,” Alvarez posted on Saturday evening.
Gaethje’s win over Cerrone marked his third-straight KO, and the 30-year-old believes he should be next in line to fight the winner of the all-but-confirmed lightweight title bout between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Tony Ferguson. The Colorado-based fighter is also interested in a bout with former UFC featherweight and lightweight champ Conor McGregor, who is teased to return to the Octagon by the end of the year.
As for Alvarez, the multi-promotion champ recently submitted Eduard Folayang at ONE Championship: Dawn of Heroes to advance to the finals of the lightweight grand prix, where is expected to face co-finalist Saygid Guseyn Arslanaliev.
