The police department in Austin, Texas, is investigating a video
circulating the Internet of a man alleged to be Roger Huerta beating up a
man who punched a woman in the head outside a nightclub.
Veneza E. Aguinaga, a senior police officer in the Public Information office of the Austin Police Department, today told MMAjunkie.com that no charges or arrests have been made after she
initially said the APD had no information on the incident.
Jeff Clark, Huerta’s manager, said it is definitely his client who’s
shown in the video and that several parties have stepped up to provide
legal help in the event of any legal trouble that may arise.
