Before-and-after photos: Rampage Jackson weighing 204 lbs in 2013 vs. 253 lbs in 2017
Check out the photos of Bellator 175 headliner Quinton “Rampage” Jackson weighing in as a light heavyweight in 2013 and at heavyweight in 2017.
It’s fair to say that former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton Jackson is no longer in peak physical condition. Rampage hasn’t actually fought at light heavyweight in three years, when he controversially edged out Muhammed Lawal in the Bellator 120 main event.
Rampage and King Mo are set to rematch on Friday night in the Bellator 175 main event in Rosemont, Illinois. Unlike their first matchup, this will be contested at heavyweight, despite Rampage saying he was told it was a 235 lbs catchweight. King Mo weighed in at 212 lbs, while Jackson tipped the scales at a career-high 253 lbs.
For a little perspective on how times have changed for Rampage, check out these two photos from four years apart. The first one is him weighing 204 lbs for his January 2013 loss to Glover Teixeira, which marked his final light heavyweight fight in the UFC, while the second one is from Thursday’s Bellator 175 weigh-in.
Quinton Jackson – 204 lbs (January 25th, 2013)
Quinton Jackson – 253 lbs (March 30th, 2017)
Bellator 175: Rampage vs. King Mo 2 airs live on Spike at 9 PM ET/8 PM CT. Bloody Elbow will have live play-by-play and results for tomorrow night’s event.
