Take a look at the fight card and bout order for the Friday, February 19th Bellator 149 card at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The main event is a trilogy match between Ken Shamrock and Royce Gracie.
We don’t normally do fight cards posts for Bellator, but this is the first “tentpole” Bellator event for 2016, and it’s definitely going to garner quite a bit of attention. It’ll be 49-year-old Royce Gracie against 52-year-old Ken Shamrock in the main event, which will be contested at an openweight in Houston, Texas. The score is 1-1-0 in Gracie’s favor, but can Ken finally defeat his rival from the 20th century? We’ll soon find out.
But wait, there’s more! Dada 5000 and Kimbo Slice will settle their score in the co-main, and I have genuine interest in this one. The rest of the main card features former LHW champ Emanuel Newton against Linton Vassell, ex-UFC lightweight Melvin Guillard versus Derek Campos, and featherweights Daniel Pineda and Emmanuel Sanchez.
