Bellator Fighting Championships returns to Louisiana on May 13, and in
addition to a middleweight superfight between champion Hector Lombard
and former WEC champ Paulo Filho, the Bellator 18 card will host the
promotion’s season-two featherweight semifinal fights.
Bellator officials recently announced the pairings, and Georgi
Karakhanyan meets Joe Warren, while Patricio “Pitbull” Freire faces
Wilson Reis.
Bellator 18 takes place at Monroe Civic Center in Monroe, La. The main
card airs on FOX Sports Net.
