Take a look at the reported salaries from Bellator 220 in San Jose.
Bellator 220 went down in San Jose on the weekend, and the main event bout left a lot to be desired. Rory MacDonald and Jon Fitch worked their way to a majority draw, which meant that Rory goes through to the next round of the Welterweight Grand Prix. Both men made six figures for the fight, as did two other fighters on the card – both fellow former UFC fighters as well.
One fighter that didn’t make $100,000 was flyweight champ Ilima-Lei Macfarlane, who defeated Veta Arteaga in the co-main event.
