Press Release – Uncasville, CT. (April 1, 2011) – Bellator Fighting Championships returns to the East Coast at the Mohegan Sun Arena for the official weigh-ins and pre-fight press conference. Fans witnessed live each fighter stepping on the scale in anticipation of tomorrow’s event featuring Bellator Lightweight World Champion Eddie Alvarez against Season 2 Lightweight Tournament winner Pat Curran, as well as Lyman Good, Rick Hawn, Toby Imada, Patricky “Pitbull” Freire, Ben Saunders, and Matt Lee.
Bellator 39 will be broadcast LIVE on Saturday, April 2 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT exclusively on MTV2.
