Uly Diaz made bare knuckle history with a three second KO at last night’s BKFC 14.
BKFC 14 went down in Miami, FL last night and boy did it deliver on the action. All but one fight ended via stoppage and one of those stoppages may be the fastest ever recorded in combat sports.
On the main card Ulysses Diaz scored a 3-second (!) KO over Donelei Benedetto. Check out the video of that below:

As soon as the opening bell rang, Diaz stepped forward and cracked Benedetto with an overhand right. The punch floored Benedetto, who went stiff as a board. After the fight Diaz, who has an MMA win with Titan FC and is 3-1 in pro boxing, called out former UFC title challenger Thiago Alves, who made his successful BKFC debut earlier this year.
The main event of BKFC saw a quick finish, too. There former WSOF title challenger Luis Palomino defended his BKFC lightweight title versus his former training partner, and UFC veteran, Jim Alers. Palomino dropped Alers twice and then finished the fight with a huge right hand.
Also on the main card Britain Hart was mismatched against Randine Eckholm and it showed. Hart got the TKO stoppage in the fourth round against Eckholm, who has no pro combat sports experience on her resume. After the fight Hart called out recent BKFC signing Paige VanZant, who was doing commentary for the bout. VanZant is expected to make her BKFC debut on February 5th against an opponent TBD.
