Ouch!
Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) went down last night (Sat., Aug. 31, 2024) from inside River Cree Resort & Casino in Enoch, Alberta, Canada for their BKFC Prospect Series. In the fourth fight of the night, two Canadians collided as 20-year-old Kayden Giroux fought 47-year-old Trevor Bozniak … and it ended in a weird but nasty injury.
Giroux sat Bozniak down in the first round with a heavy right hand. As Bozniak hit the ground, his right foot got caught underneath him, and it looked like it snapped. However, it didn’t. His ankle dislocated, which caused the referee to call off the fight rightfully. In an insane turn of events, Bozniak put his ankle back into place and stood right up—the fight was still over.

Giroux stood there, confused, just like everyone watching this unfold.
The 20-year-old improved to 1-0 in BKFC and had one modified rules boxing match earlier this year. Giroux went 6-2 as an amateur boxer.
Bozniak is now 0-1 inside BKFC, and nothing else is known about the 47-year-old other than that he can magically dislocate and relocate his ankle in an instant.
