The extensive work Bobby Lashley did with Strikeforce heavyweight Josh Barnett paid off big time on Friday night.
The former WWE wrestler and ex-Strikeforce heavyweight cinched a first-round submission on Karl Knothe in the main event of Shark Fights 21, which took place Friday at Fair Park Coliseum in Lubbock, Texas.
After a struggle, Lashley caught Knothe with a kimura, or – if you’re a catch-wrestling type of person – a top-wrist lock.
