I can’t stop laughing at this video because you have a room full of adults who are jumping up and down, screaming and celebrating, apparently unaware that a tiny toddler may still be sitting on the floor under their feet.
That’s the kind of jubilation you can expect when families send one of their own into the cage for an MMA fight. In this case, it was the support squad for UFC bantamweight Brian Kelleher, who was in a must-win situation after dropping two straight.
His UFC 246 victory last weekend in Las Vegas likely saved his job.
The means to that end was a slick, first-round submission choke over “Contender Series” standout Ode Osbourne. “Boom” got promoted to the UFC 246 pay-per-view (PPV) main card — and certainly made the most of it — after the commission yanked the too-heavy Alexa Grasso.
