A featherweight bout between Bryan Caraway and Fredson Paixao – initially slated for WEC 47 in March but scratched when Caraway suffered a knee injury – is expected to be part of August’s WEC 50 event.
A source close to the event told MMAjunkie.com that verbal agreements are in place and that fight contracts should be finalized shortly.
The fight, which was first reported by MMAWeekly.com, takes place Aug. 18 and is expected to be part of the night’s un-aired preliminary card.
