UFC 253 isn’t the only major combat sports event this evening.
Tonight (September 26th) at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut is a doubleheader pay-per-view featuring twin boxing champion Jermell Charlo and Jermall Charlo. Jermell is unifying his WBC junior middleweight title with WBA and IBF champion Jeison Rosario in the official main event. The first main event as part of this two-part card is Jermall taking on Sergiy Derevyanchenko for Jermall’s WBC middleweight title. There are also two other legitimate title fights on the undercard, along with a minor belt at stake between Brandon Figueroa and Damien Vazquez.
Bloody Elbow has live coverage of tonight’s PPV, which is exclusively on Showtime PPV with a special start time of 7 PM ET/4 PM PT. After the first block of fights, there will be a 30-minute intermission before the second set of fights headlined by Charlo-Rosario.
