Micheal Chiesa will look to slug his way back into the win column when he battles undefeated welterweight sensation Sean Brady at the upcoming UFC “Fight Night” event on Nov. 20 inside APEX facility in Las Vegas, according to a report from ESPN.
Chiesa (18-5), who turns 34 in just a few weeks, watched his four-fight win streak go up in smoke against Vicente Luque at UFC 265 just last month. It was the first loss for “Maverick” since abandoning the lightweight division back in summer 2018.
The 28 year-old Brady (14-0) rose to power under the Cage Fury Fighting Championships banner, racking up a boatload of highlight-reel victories to earn a shot at UFC superstardom in late 2019. The result was four straight wins with two submission finishes.
Also competing on Nov. 20 in Las Vegas are Joanna Calderwood and Alexa Grasso, who look to climb the flyweight ladder. In addition, Cheyanne Buys makes her Octagon return opposite strawweight bruiser Loma Lookboonmee.
