Khamzat Chimaev and Gerald Meerschaert faced off in a Middleweight bout tonight (Sat., Sept. 19, 2020) at UFC Vegas 11 from UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Chimaev opened with an early body kick and pressure. He then immediately cracked Meerschaert with a right hand across the jawline, sending his opponent into a deep sleep just seconds into the opening round. That’s it.
WOW! There’s nothing to break down here. Meerschaert looked a little asleep on his feet, and Chimaev immediately capitalized with a crisp right hand that Meerschaert never even reacted to.
