Join Bloody Elbow for coverage of Saturday’s tripleheader night of championship boxing from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

In the main event, Mexico’s Juan Francisco Estrada rematches Nicaragua’s Roman ‘Chocolatito’ Gonzalez in a WBC-WBA super-flyweight championship unification bout. Gonzalez beat Estrada by unanimous decision in 2012 when they were both junior flyweights.

The co-main event is an undisputed women’s welterweight title affair between Jessica McCaskill and Cecilia Braekhus. McCaskhill upset Braekhus last summer to win all four major belts at 147 lbs, and now she’s looking to really make this a passing of the torch.

Kicking off the main card is Japan’s Hiroto Kyoguchi defending his WBA junior flyweight belt versus Mexico’s Axel Aragon Vega, who will have a considerable height disadvantage at just 4’9”.

There will be an expected 5,000 (physically distanced) fans in attendance creating what will undoubtedly be a great atmosphere.
