Mark your calenders, because Conor McGregor’s story is coming to the big screen November 8th.
Conor McGregor is coming to a theater near you.
Universal has just released the official trailer for ‘Notorious’, a documentary that’s set to take over movie theaters around the world. The film will debut in Ireland and the UK on November 1st and North America on November 8th.
Here’s the synopsis from the film’s website:
Filmed over the course of 4 years, Notorious is the exclusive, all-access account of Conor’s meteoric rise from claiming benefits and living in his parents’ spare room in Dublin to claiming multiple championship UFC belts and seven figure pay-packets in Las Vegas. Featuring unprecedented access, never before seen moments and explosive fight footage, this is the ultimate behind-the-scenes look at a sporting icon and his spectacular rise from the bottom to the very top.
Conor McGregor superfans may already be familiar with this story, and there’s even a good chance they’ll have seen a lot of the footage being used as well. The film is directed by Gavin Fitzgerald and produced by Jamie D’alton, the men resonsible for the RTE documentary series ‘The Notorious’ back in 2015. But that still leaves us with two more years worth of new material covering McGregor winning the 145 and 155 pound belts and his superfight with Floyd Mayweather.
So what say you, Maniacs? Will you turn up to the cinema in November to see just how correct Mystic Mac was back when he was just coming up as an unknown MMA fighter?
