Conor McGregor is back in the headlines for his latest outside-the-cage incident today.

However, he’s cleared one aspect of a previous arrest. McGregor was arrested on felony charges of strong-arm robbery and criminal mischief in Miami Beach, Florida, last month.

The charges were for allegedly smashing a man’s phone outside of the Fontainebleau Hotel. After he was arrested, 22-year-old Ahmed Abdirzak sued McGregor for battery, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Here’s video of the incident via TMZ Sports:

New court records show that McGregor’s accuser has filed to have the lawsuit dismissed. That points to a settlement most likely being reached out of court.

He is still facing criminal charges for the alleged assault. They were recently reduced last week. McGregor is scheduled to appear in court on felony robbery and misdemeanor criminal mischief charges. He is not required to attend the hearing if he has legal representation enter a not guilty plea for him.

Overall, the incident isn’t affecting him much. He’s been feuding with rival Khabib Nurmagomedov online and commenting on last night’s WrestleMania while traveling the world.
