TORONTO – It’s a fight that would be absolutely oozing with storylines, and it’s not one that Dana White can push to the side as a mere hypothetical.
White thought he had a Jon Jones-Chael Sonnen fight once already. It was his emergency solution to Dan Henderson pulling out of UFC 151. But Jones called no joy on the fight, UFC 151 was scrapped and Jones’ status as target of critics around the sport was cemented.
But after Jones’ win at UFC 152 on Saturday, White said a fight against Sonnen is one that remains a possibility.
