The UFC’s traditional pre-event show returns this week with the debut of “Countdown to UFC 153: Silva vs. Bonnar” on FUEL TV.

The hour-long special previews the light heavyweight main event between
UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva and longtime fan favorite
Stephan Bonnar.

The show debuts Tuesday, Oct. 9, at 9 p.m. ET (6 p.m. PT).
