“Everybody knows Barry Bonds was doing steroids his whole career, but he never got caught because he was ahead of the curve”.
Kamaru Usman was recently gifted a jacket from USADA after becoming the first athlete in the UFC to pass fifty clean drug tests, but welterweight rival Colby Covington still thinks ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’ is a cheat.
Congrats to @Usman84kg on a 5??0??x perfect test history under the USADA program, and becoming the first UFC athlete to reach that mark fighting his/her entire UFC career under the program. pic.twitter.com/ViDYIECMPA

Covington, who has crowned Usman ‘The CEO of EPO’, believes the UFC welterweight champ is finding a way to mask the drugs in his system and thinks his brother (who is a qualified doctor) might have something to do with it.
“My immediate reaction is that he is ahead of the curve. He has a brother for a doctor, and they’re able to mask the drugs in his system,” Covington told BT Sport ahead of his welterweight championship rematch with Usman on Saturday (h/t Sportskeeda). “Everybody knows Barry Bonds was doing steroids his whole career, but he never got caught because he was ahead of the curve. It is the same thing for Marty.”
“You can look on his stomach and see all the injection marks, you can see all the acne breaking out on his back, breaking out on his face,” he added. “You can’t tell me you have a chemical imbalance on your body when you’re 35-years old. He is a cheater, he is the ‘Marty Juiceman’, and he is the CEO of EPO.”
Covington will take on Usman in the highly anticipated UFC 268 main event at Madison Square Garden in New York on Nov. 6. ‘Chaos’ previously lost to Usman via fifth-round TKO in their Fight of the Night epic at UFC 245 where the former is reported to have suffered a broken jaw.
