Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was forced to postpone the upcoming matchup between light heavyweight bruisers Paul Craig and Jamahal Hill, after “Sweet Dreams” was forced to withdraw from their UFC Vegas 22 showdown on March 20 in Las Vegas.
“Bearjew” made the announcement on Instagram.
Craig (14-4-1) has now won three of his last four, including his technical knockout win over Mauricio Rua at the UFC 255 pay-per-view (PPV) back in Nov. 2020. As for Hill (8-0, 1 NC), he remains perfect after graduating Dana White’s “Contender Series” in July 2019. “Sweet Dreams” was last seen crushing Ovince Saint Preux at UFC on ESPN 19.
A new date for Craig vs. Hill has yet to be revealed.
UFC Vegas 22 will be headlined by the middleweight matchup between Derek Brunson and Kevin Holland. Elsewhere on the card, Don’Tale Mayes and Tai Tuivasa hook ‘em up at 265 pounds.
