Tate (20-9) got back into the win column in her last outing at UFC Austin, scoring a third round finish over Julia Avila (watch here).

After the win, Tate said she would not retire, but still questioned her future in the sport.

“I don’t feel like I’m going into any fight thinking it’s going to be my last, but I’m also going in with the appreciation and the fire that it could be my last,” Tate said. “It’s not like it’s premeditated, but I feel like I’m appreciating these fights in a way that I couldn’t have earlier in my career.

“I don’t know how many times I will get to make the walk,” she concluded.

The 38-year-old holds a 7-6 record inside the Octagon.
