Demetrious Johnson’s working wedding cleared way for UFC on FX 3 headliner

SUNRISE, Fla. – Demetrious Johnson vs. Ian McCall II almost didn’t headline UFC on FX 3.

When Johnson’s impending wedding clashed with the expected rematch, the
UFC instead offered him the winner of a fight between McCall and Joseph
Benavidez.

But Johnson didn’t hesitate in choosing McCall, as well as making his honeymoon a working trip.
