Tonight on PPV, Deontay Wider will rematch Luis Ortiz for the WBC Heavyweight title in Las Vegas. This is the biggest bump on the road back to Tyson Fury for Wilder, who will get a big payday to fight the lineal champ again if he can get through Ortiz for a second time.
Wilder (41-0-1, 40 KOs) and Ortiz (31-1, 26 KOs) previously met in 2018 in a very competitive bout that saw Wilder take a 10th-round TKO victory. Wilder then went on to his controversial draw with Fury, while Ortiz has won three straight since.
This card will cover the rest of the main event.

Deontay Wilder vs. Luis Ortiz
Round 1 – Ortiz presses but can’t land. Wilder using the jab as a range-finder. Ortiz lands to the body. Wilder returns it. Slow pace halfway through the round. Straight left from Ortiz. Wilder with a right. Ortiz with another straight left. Wilder with a jab to the body. Ortiz goes back to the straight left. Jab from Ortiz. 10-9 Ortiz.
Round 2 – Ortiz is cut in the hairline from a clash of heads. Slow start. Wilder jabs. Ortiz goes to the body. Straight right from Wilder. Slapping left hook from Wilder. Jab from Wilder. Ortiz with a left over the top and presses him briefly against the ropes. Wilder circles out. Jab to the body from Wilder. Not much of a round. 10-9 Wilder I guess.
Round 3 – Ortiz scores to the body. Wilder returns it. Ortiz with a straight left and Wilder backed off. A right from Wilder is blocked. Double jab from Ortiz and he lands a body shot. Slow pace again. Overhand left and a body shot from Ortiz. Wilder wih a counter right. Body shot from Ortiz. 10-9 Ortiz.
Round 4 – Ortiz jabs to the body. Wilder with a slapping left. Ortiz with two overhand rights in the corner that miss. Wilder with the jab. Ortiz with a counter left, and two more. Wilder pounds his chest, but he got caught. Body shot from Wilder. 10-9 Ortiz.
Round 5 – Ortiz with a right hook. Jab from Wilder. Body shot from Ortiz. Wilder misses with a right. Ortiz lands a left to the chest. He misses with a wide hook to the body. Jab from Ortiz, and a body shot. Wilder gets back on the jab. Body shot from Ortiz and he goes up top. Wilder with a left and a right, which just misses. Ortiz with a right hook and a left. 10-9 Ortiz.
Round 6 – Ortiz presses early. Wilder with the jab. Jab again but he’s countered this time. Wilder circles out with the jab. Slow pace again. Wilder blocks a left. Double jab from Ortiz. Wilder jabs. He’s not throwing power shots at all. 10-9 Ortiz.
Round 7 – Wilder with a left hook to the body. Ortiz with a hard left. He misses with the next one. Neither man connects with wild punches. Wilder with a lead right that came up short. Right hook from Wilder. Another. He swings and misses. Ortiz jabs. Wilder rips the body. Two lefts from Ortiz! Another misses. Wilder with a straight right and ORTIZ IS DOWN! HE’S DONE!
