Dr. Lewis has some solid suggestions for how PVZ can stay healthy in the future.
Long before Derrick Lewis became known as the UFC fighter pulling people out of the waters of Houston during Hurricane Harvey, he was known as a force of nature himself on social media. He savaged Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne leading up to his victory over Browne back in February of 2017, and has amassed over 165,000 followers on Instagram with his unique brand of humor.
Of course, that’s nothing compared to strawweight fighter Paige VanZant, who is currently sitting at the 1.5 million followers mark. It’s not all puppy dogs and rainbows for VanZant, though: she just had to pull out of her highly anticipated fight with Jessica Eye at UFC 216 due to a whole bevvy of ailments.
When it rains it pours. Herniated disc, double ear infection, sinus infection, pink eye and ringworm all right now! send me good vibes.

That’s a pretty impressive list of problems, and more than a few folks wondered what Paige was rolling around in to get all those infections and ringworm. That’s where Derrick Lewis returns to this story, as he had some helpful advice for Paige in the future, via MMA Junkie’s Instagram comments (with a thanks to MiddleEasy for noticing):
Derrick Lewis, never change.
