UFC 244 is set to go down this Saturday night (Nov. 2, 2019) inside Madison Square Garden in New York City. Headlining the event will be a Welterweight match up that will see Nate Diaz collide with Jorge Masvidal to crown “the baddest motherfucker” in mixed martial arts (MMA).
And despite this recent scare, the fight is indeed on.
In the co-headlining act, Kelvin Gastelum will welcome Darren Till to the Middleweight division, while Stephen Thompson and Vicente Luque collide in a pivotal showdown at 170 pounds. In addition, Johnny Walker and Corey Anderson will get it on in what will likely be a title eliminator fight at Light Heavyweight.
