The newest UFC video game will feature over 250 fighters.
EA Sports is about to put out their second UFC game, appropriately titled EA Sports UFC 2. It had already been decided that Ronda Rousey and Conor McGregor would grace the cover of this version of the game, and that there would be a bunch of special fighters included. Now, the whole roster has been revealed and it includes over 250 fighters.
As mentioned previously, former boxing world heavyweight champion Mike Tyson and martial arts legend Bruce Lee will be playable characters in the game.
Other interesting characters include Kazushi Sakuraba, a few Hall of Famers like Chuck Liddell and Forrest Griffin, former UFC heavyweight champion Bas Rutten, Chael Sonnen, Georges St-Pierre, Pat Barry, CM Punk (who was allegedly rated at 85/100 despite not having a pro fight), and B.J. Penn.
You can check out the entire roster over at the EA Sports page. You can also check out a gameplay video here. Three Amigos podcast hosts Steph Daniels and Iain Kidd also review the game here, along with some help from UFC flyweight champ Demetrious Johnson.
The game will be released in North America on March 15th.
