Canadian mixed martial artist Mark Holst says his next MMA fight will be his last.
The former UFC lightweight announced Friday that he has decided to hang
up his four-ounce gloves in order to focus on tournament competition and
the opening of a new martial arts school.
“I decided to take a step back and work on my weaknesses,” he wrote Friday on his personal website.
