Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight champion Fabricio Werdum recently called Conor McGregor a prostitute after the fiery Irishman clowned him at the World MMA Awards for pulling out of a fight against Stipe Miocic.
Soon thereafter, “Vai Cavalo” took to Instagram to post this carefully crafted photo of the heavy hitter’s hand up Conor’s butt.
Speaking to MMA Fighting, Werdum explains his unusual Instagram post and confirms that if Conor continues to cross him, he will continue to offer up his rebuttals and maybe even a slap.
Because at the end of the day, you have to be willing to be crazier than “Notorious.”
“I would do it again. If he talks something about me, I will do it again. If he says something in a press conference and I’m there, I would get (UFC president) Dana (White) out of the way [laughs]. You can’t let him be that cocky. You have to be crazier than him sometimes so he stops. I posted a photo putting my hand in his ass to show that he’s a prostitute. He does anything for money. Money is important, of course, but that’s not everything in your life. That’s what I was trying to say. Nate Diaz showed him that. He talked a lot, moved up in weight and saw how heavy Nate Diaz’s hands are. When he needed to show up and fight, he lost. He was humbled. And Nate showed the way to beat him. He becomes a child on the ground.”
Nate Diaz silenced McGregor — momentarily — at UFC 196 by submitting the current featherweight champion in the second round of their welterweight fight (see it again here). The two are expected to run it back at UFC 200 on July 9, 2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
As for Werdum, he will headline UFC 198 on May 14 when he defends his strap for the first time against the aforementioned Miocic in Curitiba, Brazil.
