Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) has wrapped both the early and ceremonial weigh ins for its upcoming UFC 239 pay-per-view (PPV) extravaganza (full weigh-in results here), scheduled for tomorrow night (Sat., July 6, 2019) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Leading the charge will be light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, who makes his second title defense following last December’s return to picograms mixed martial arts (MMA). Hoping to pull the sword from the proverbial stone is veteran 205-pound bruiser, Thiago Santos.

In the UFC 239 co-headliner, Amanda Nunes returns from the featherweight division — where she planished Cris Cyborg to become the promotion’s latest “champ champ” — to defend her 135-pound strap against former bantamweight champion, Holly Holm.

In addition, the next welterweight title contender could be decided when former Bellator MMA and ONE Championship 170-pound champion, Ben Askren, tries to quell the uprising of longtime division stalwart, Jorge Masvidal.

Nothing left to do now except fight.
