Hard-hitting middleweight contender Jared Cannonier and 185-pound French phenom Nassourdine Imavov came face-to-face at the conclusion of the UFC Louisville weigh ins on Friday morning, just one day ahead of their ESPN/ESPN+ main event, locked and loaded for this Sat. night (June 8, 2024) at KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Cannonier (17-6) has not competed since knocking around Marvin Vettori in the UFC Vegas 75 main event back in June 2023. That’s because the 40 year-old “Killa Gorilla” was dealing with an MCL injury that forced him to the sidelines for several months. As for Imavov (13-4, 1 NC), who turned 29 just a few weeks back, he’s looking to win his second straight after outpointing Roman Dolidze in the UFC Vegas 85 main event earlier this year at APEX.
