Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is less than 24 hours away from its upcoming UFC Fight Night 168 headliner, a battle of top-ranked lightweight strikers in the form of Paul Felder and Dan Hooker, who trade hands tomorrow night (Sat., Feb. 22, 2020) on ESPN+ from inside Spark Arena in Auckland, New Zealand.
Felder (17-4) recently captured a split-decision win over Edson Barboza, a rematch from their 2015 affair that ended in favor of the Brazilian. Prior to that, the 34 year-old “Irish Dragon” took a unanimous decision nod over James Vick on the promotion’s first ESPN card.
As for Hooker (19-8), he’s also the winner of two straight. After knocking out the aforementioned Vick at UFC San Antonio last July, “The Hangman,” 29, whooped Al Iaquinta for three rounds en route to a sweep on the judges’ scorecards at UFC 243.
