Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) recently held a special pre-fight press conference (watch it) for the upcoming UFC 260: “Miocic vs Ngannou 2” pay-per-view (PPV) event, going down on March 27, 2021, inside UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Taking center stage were Stipe Miocic and Francis Ngannou who will collide for the Heavyweight title for a second time. Miocic already has a win over “The Predator,” defeating him at UFC 220 in Jan. 2018. Now, the reigning 265-pound champion looks to put Ngannou in his rear-view mirror — like he did Daniel Cormier — once and for all.

The two big men were the only ones getting media love today due to the fact that the PPV event lost its original co-main event between Featherweight champion, Alex Volkanovski, and Brian Ortega due to COVID-19. The revamped co-headliner will now feature a Welterweight scrap between Tyron Woodley and Vicente Luque.

In further main card action, Sean O’Malley will attempt to get back in the win column when he faces Thomas Almeida, who is currently in the midst of the worst losing streak of his career with three straight defeats.
