Tony Ferguson continues to campaign for a title fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 245.
If there’s one fighter in the UFC lightweight division that has the strongest case for the next title shot, it’s Tony Ferguson. Undefeated since 2013, “El Cucuy” has gone through former champions like Rafael dos Anjos and Anthony Pettis, as well as tough contenders like Donald Cerrone, Edson Barboza, and Kevin Lee, to name a few.
Still waiting on the sidelines for his next fight, Ferguson wants what he feels he deserves. Recently, he once again made his intentions known via a Twitter post, calling out current champion Khabib Nurmagomedov for UFC 245 late this year.

UFC 245 is already a stacked card in itself. Over the weekend, the UFC announced the addition of the featherweight title fight between champion Max Holloway and Alexander Volkanovski. Also part of the event is women’s bantamweight title fight between Amanda Nunes and Germaine de Randamie.
The event is set to take place on December 14th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
