Chris Spang replaces Jerron Peoples, meets Joe Ray at Strikeforce Challengers 19

Las Vegas-based welterweight Chris Spang has replaced injured Jerron Peoples and now meets Joe Ray at next month’s Strikeforce Challengers 19 event.

Strikeforce officials announced Peoples’ injury on Tuesday and his replacement today.

Strikeforce Challengers 19 takes place Sept. 23 at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.
