Professional Fighters League (PFL) is headed back to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for its 2024 World Championship event on Friday Nov. 29, 2024, and the promotion just announced its full star-studded lineup which will crown six new champions while issuing out six $1 million checks.
In the main event of the evening, Brendan Loughnane will face off against Timur Khizriev. Loughnane won the 2022 tournament by defeating Bubba Jenkins, and now eyes his second world championship against a man who is undefeated at 17-0.
In the co-main event, rising sensation Dakota Ditcheva will face off against former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) contender, Taila Santos, for the women’s flyweight world title, while, Impa Kasanganay hopes to go back-to-back with light heavyweight championship wins when he takes on Dovletdzhan Yagshimuradov.
In the welterweight world title fight, Shamil Musaev will go toe-to-toe against Magomed Umalatov, while former Bellator MMA lightweight champion, Brent Primus, will attempt to win his second title in as many promotions when he takes on Gadzhi Rabadanov.
One of the more intriguing bouts is at heavyweight because the winner of the Denis Goltsov vs. Oleg Popov championship fight will more than likely be next for Francis Ngannou, who made his PFL debut in explosive fashion by knocking out last year’s tournament winner, Renan Ferreira, in the very first round at the massive “Battle of the Giants” event last month (see it again here).
Also, the first-ever PFL MENA finals will go down on the same card, with the full lineup of fights starting at 9:30 a.m. ET. ESPN+. You can see the full fight card below:
