Prestige FC 2: ‘Queen City Coronation’ went down inside the George Reed Auditorium at The Orr Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan last night (Sat., March 12, 2016)
The promotion crowned its first two champions, as Nick “Nyquil” Rhoads won the the Featherweight title by notching a technical submission victory over Kurt “The Hurt” Southern.
After a wild back and forth two rounds, Rhoads took control and won the bout with an impressive D’Arce choke at 49 seconds of round number three. Charmaine Tweet earned the women’s 145-pound strap with a unanimous decision win over Jessy Miele.
