UFC lightweight contender Justin Gaethje unloaded on Conor McGregor for calling for a rematch against Khabib Nurmagomedov after UFC 242.
UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov extended his win streak to 28-0 on Saturday night in Abu Dhabi. “The Eagle” finished Dustin Poirier via rear-naked choke, marking his second successful defense as the undisputed 155-pound titleholder.
Immediately after the fight, Khabib’s rival Conor McGregor tweeted out a call for a rematch in Moscow, Russia. The said post caught the attention of fellow lightweight contender Justin Gaethje, who immediately unloaded on “The Notorious” after making the rematch demand.
you’re a tool. You have lost everything already. You are a shit human, father, and husband. Fuck you.

Gaethje seems to have personal issues with McGregor, especially after the Irishman’s recent controversy where he was seen on video punching an elderly bar patron in Dublin.
“I see him punch an old man, do I want to punch him for that? F—k yeah, I want to f—k that dude up for s—t like that,” Gaethje said of McGregor in an ESPN interview. “He looks like a crackhead on your video.”
McGregor earlier said he was in talks to face Gaethje before he got injured a few months back. Gaethje is now scheduled to headline the UFC’s upcoming event in Vancouver on September 14th against Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone.
