Despite all the talk about a GSP-Khabib fight, the Canadian says he still has not received an offer from the UFC.

UFC legend Georges St-Pierre has stated that he’s probably done with the sport of MMA unless a real legacy fight comes along. In the current state of the sport, there’s only one man that keeps coming up as a fit in that category for him – Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Recently, Khabib stated that the UFC will open negotiations for a GSP fight if he beats Justin Gaethje later this year. And AKA coach Javier Mendez said that a GSP vs. Khabib bout would crown the greatest fighter of all time.

So what does St-Pierre think about all this? Well, MMA reporter Chisanga Malata talked to the former two-division champion, and GSP says he hasn’t talked to the UFC in regards to the possible bout. And he’s not sure he’d be open to the offer anyway:

The 39-year-old St-Pierre (26-2) last competed in late 2017, when he defeated Michael Bisping for the UFC middleweight title. He was supposed to fight Robert Whittaker next, but a bout of ulcerative colitis forced him to drop the belt and go back to the sidelines.

Nurmagomedov (28-0) will look to defend his title for the third time when he faces off with Gaethje on October 24th at UFC 254.
